Maurice “Mighty Mo” Hooker (26-1-3, 17 KO's), former WBO Junior Welterweight champion has been training with Terence Crawford (36-0, 27 KO's), who is considered the pound 4 pound best in boxing and by some, the most feared in the welterweight division.
After a surprising defeat five months ago, in an attempt to unify the WBO and WBC belts, Hooker is getting lots of advice from Crawford in his return to the ring against Uriel “Bombardero” Perez (19-4, 17 KOs) from Mexico.
The fight takes place at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix Arizona and will be televised this Friday on DAZN in conjunction with Eddie Hearn and Matchroom Boxing.
It will be the co-main event of the Danny Jacobs and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. main event.
