Flanagan tried his best to get in on the inside, but time after time, he had to feel the long jab of “Mighty Mo." Even when Flanagan tried to muscle his way in and use his head it didn't matter, in the end, “Mighty Mo” remained calm and poised.

Flanagan got a huge cut in the seventh round as a result of an unintentional clashing of heads in close and was bleeding profusely as he went to his corner. Flanagan came out swinging but so did “Mighty Mo,” who started to connect with some good uppercuts which rocked Flanagan.

As “Mighty Mo” was shown as being ahead on the cards, the last two rounds is where both fighters let their hands go, but “Mighty Mo” proved to get the upper hand toward the end.
