Today, in front of the his New York fans, Miguel Cotto stepped onto the scales for what is to be the last professional fight of his career. Having fought in the squared circle for seventeen years, he will enter the ring for the last bell of his incredible career.
This Saturday Cotto ends his career in style at the Mecca of Boxing, Madison Square Garden. The place where legends were made and boxers like Jack Dempsey, Rocky Marciano, Joe Louis, Sugar Ray Robinson, Jake LaMotta, Muhammad Ali, Joe Frazier, Arturo Gatti, and Roberto Duran fought, and the list goes on and on.
The historical fight will be on HBO, 10 p.m. ET/PT in front of a sellout crowd that will be a part of boxing lore.
