Gennady "GGG" Golovkin (36-0,33 KO's) stepped onto the scales at a chiseled 159.6 pounds before a pro GGG crowd in New York City chanting "Triple G, Triple G," as he took the stage. Daniel Jacobs ( 32-1, 29 KO's), the mandatory challenger also came in top shape and weighed in at 159.8 pounds.
The middleweight battle takes place in the main arena at Madison Square Garden on Saturday (HBO PPV, 9 p.m. ET).
Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez (46-0, 38 KO's) stepped onto the scales at 114.6 pounds and Srisaket Sor Rungvisai (41-4, 38 KO's) weighed in at 114 pounds. "Chocolatito" will be making the first defense of his WBC Super Flyweight title.
