Dallas' Manuel "The Punisher" Rojas (16-3, 4 KO's) will be the main event on a special card put on by Arnie Verbeek and The Undercard Promotions out of Dallas, Texas in Shreveport, Louisiana. The new and improved Rojas takes on Ronald Rivas (5-6-2, 3 KO's) from Guatemala for his fourth fight of the year.
